Proeprties/Uses: Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antirheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, carminative, cicatrisant, diaphoretic, digestive, emmenagogue, expectorant, haemostatic, stomachic, tonic, wound healing.  Yarrow essential oil may be used to help treat wounds, irritated soothe irritated ski, skin infections, eczema, allergic skin reactions, scarring, rheumatism, arthritis, inflammation, muscular injury, menstrual cramps, varicose veins, haemorrhoids, stomach cramps, vaginal infections or irritations.  Can also be used as a balancing remedy during menopause & it's accompanying hormonal changes.

Energetics: Yarrow essential helps to balance opposite energies, the highs and the lows; yin and yang; heaven and earth.  It may help to bring us stability during major life changes or when we are vulnerable and dealing with emotional wounds.  Yarrow essential oil may also help to relieve anxiety, depression, restlessness and clumsiness, while also offering good judgement, insight and alertness.  Yarrow can help to promote flexibility and renewal when we are feeling distressed, irritable or are lacking emotional flexibility.

Safety: Non-toxic, non-irritating. No contraindications known. Possible skin sensitivity reactions due to the chemical sesquiterpene lactones that are found in it. Suggested to not use to frequently & never with children, babies or with pregnant women.
