Properties/Uses: Analgesic, antiviral, anti-rheumatic, carminative, decongestant, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, mucolytic, muscle relaxant, vulnerary, cephalic, rubefacient, tonic. Rosemary essential oil may be used to treat muscular aches & pains, arthritis, rheumatism, muscular weakness, cramps, spasms, headaches, migraines, abdominal spasms, respiratory conditions, sinus congestion, circulatory problems, fluid retention, oedema, cellulite, memory enhancement, acne, pimples, dandruff & hair loss.
Energetics: Rosemary essential oil may help to relieve physical & mental fatigue, poor focus, poor memory, depression and low energy. Rosemary is stimulating & invigorating, & may aid poor concentration, promote motivation & self-confidence while helping to reduce apathy & pessimism.
