Botanical Name: Rosmarinus officinalis L.

Family: Lamiaceae

Description: A fresh, warm, grounding, herbaceous smelling oil that blends really well with most other oils.  Rosemary ct verbenone is the most gentle type of rosemary essential oil.  It is low in camphor, yet high in verbenone which is what gives it, it’s unique qualities.  

May be used to help treat joint & muscular aches and pains, cramps and spasms.  May also be used for sinusitis, colds, flus, bronchitis, respiratory congestion, acne, varicose veins, oily skin especially if congested, to promote microcirculation, wound healing. 

Emotionally it may help when we are feeling low in energy, out of balance, to help clear a foggy mind when we are struggling to concentrate.  

Use: Diffuser, oil burner, direct inhalation, massage, ointment, cream, salve, bath, compress, hair care.

Cautions: Non-toxic, non-irritating, non-sensitising.  Avoid use when pregnant and if suffering epilepsy.  Has GRAS status.
