Properties/Uses: Antimicrobial, insecticidal, relaxant, antifungal, antiviral, tonic, analgesic, antidepressant, restorative. Ho wood essential oil may be used to help treat colds, flu, respiratory infections, menstrual cramps, wounds, cuts, grazes, eczema and acne.
Energetics: Ho wood may be used to help treat stress, stress related conditions, anxiety and tension. Ho wood is considered a very calming oil, it can help to calm our mind, body and spirit. It may also help to balance our emotions, especially when feeling tired and over-burdened with problems.
