Properties/Uses: Analgesic, antidepressant, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, anxiolytic, hypotensive, vulnerary.  May be used to help treat poor circulation, varicose veins, oedema, digestive or stomach upset, muscular aches and pains, muscular inflammation, acne, wound healing, cellulite, fungal and bacterial infections of the skin, dandruff, rosacea, inflammatory skin conditions, symptoms associated with PMS, menopause, puberty and menopausal hot flashes.  

Energetics: Geranium can be used to help relieve anxiety, tension, depression & depressive thinking, agitation, mood swings, frustration.  It can also be used to help support us through times of emotional & physical stress, when we are fatigued from stress, nervousness or lack of sleep, to help relieve worried thinking especially if is about the future.  Can support us when our lives are frantic or busy and we need help finding times of stillness or relaxation.  When we are feeling overwhelmed, when our emotions and feelings are extreme and out of balance or harmony.  It can help to reconnect us back to our own rhythms as well as the rhythm of nature.
