The Aroma Essentials workshop is a great introduction to Aromatherapy and how it can benefit your personal, family and professional life.

* Essential Oil Profiles
* Using oils safely and effectively
* Blending Essential Oils
* Creating a massage blend
* Creating a hydrosol
This will be an interactive workshop so that you can understand the basics of using essential oils safely and effectively as well as making a few gorgeous products of your own to take home and use with yourself, family and friends.
