Our sleep essential oil blend is a soothing and calming essential oil blend to help encourage sleep. It is perfect for a diffuser in the bedroom or my favourite - mix with hydrosol or water into an atomiser and spray onto your linen before sleep.

This sleep essential oil blend is made with 100% pure essential oils of petitgrain, jojoba, roman chamomile, lavender, lemon and marjoram.

Use it in your diffuser, burner, infuse into a carrier oil for massage or pop onto cotton wool balls and hide them around the house and car for a long-lasting freshness. As with all oils, it is possible that this blend may cause sensitivities; we do not recommend these oil blends as a replacement for traditional medicine.
