Bends Well With: Neroli, black pepper, rose, sweet marjoram, clary sage, spikenard, ylang ylang, lemongrass, grapefruit, kunzea, peppermint, cedarwood

Properties/Uses: Analgesic, carminative, expectorant, rubefacient, sudorific, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic.  May be used to treat poor circulation, cold hands & feet, digestive issues, nausea, stomach-ache, vomiting, flatulence, loss of appetite, muscular aches and pains, arthritis, rheumatism, joint pain or stiffness, neuralgia, respiratory symptoms of congestion, colds, bronchitis, sinusitis, sore throats.

Energetics: May be used to help relieve feelings of confusion, indecisiveness, loss of motivation, mental & emotional burnout, lack of focus, apathy, poor memory, foggy thinking, feelings of loneliness and resignation.  It can help to support and strengthen our self-confidence and will power, our strength and courage.  It can increase determination and clarity and help us to be more fully present and even passionate about the things we truly care about or for.

Use: Diffuser, direct inhalation, oil vaporiser, oil burner, massage, ointment, balms, salves.
