Properties/Uses: Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, expectorant, antidepressant, antimicrobial, immune enhancer, sedative, vulnerary. Frankincense (rivae) may help with dry, mature and aged skin, inflamed and irritated skin conditions, acne, scars, wound healing, congestion, respiratory issues, coughs, painful and swollen joints and muscles, arthritis, rheumatism.
Energetics: Frankincense (rivae) essential oil can have a stabilising, balancing effect on our mental, emotional and energetic body. Often used during meditation, it offers security, reflection, introspection, stillness in the mind, connection between the mind & body, spiritual consciousness.
