Choose a card that embodies an emotion you would like to focus on.  On the back of each card is a list of essential oils and spiritual affirmations, any of which can be used to positively influence our moods and promote an overall feeling of well-being.

The cards are secured by a metal ring so they can travel with you anywhere.
