Properties: Antioxidant, antiviral, diuretic, mild laxative, diaphoretic, nervine.  May be used to help reduce the symptoms of colds, flu, ear infections, fevers, inflammation, respiratory infections or irritations, seasonal allergies, gingivitis (gargle elderflower tea to help reduce inflammation caused by periodontal pathogens).  May also be used in a wash or lotion to help soothe red and inflamed skin conditions such as rashes or sunburn. 

Use:  Tea, tincture, salve, syrup, cream, cordial, liquor, food, wine, vinegar, compress, poultice, infusion, honey

Keep Out Of Reach Of Children.
