Suggested Uses: This blend can assist with calming the mind, inspire feelings of reassurance against fears and anxiety.  Our reassurance blend may also help with feelings of positivity, clarity, direction, motivation, courage, confidence, purpose, trust & comfort.  Use it in your diffuser, personal inhaler, burner, infuse into a carrier oil for massage or pop onto cotton wool balls and hide them around the house and car for a long-lasting freshness.
