Properties/Uses: Antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, insecticidal, antimicrobial, antineuralgic, antirheumatic, antiviral, bactericidal, balsamic, deodorant, diuretic, expectorant, rubefacient, tonic.  Pine essential oil may be used to help treat lymphatic congestion, muscular aches and pains, arthritis, rheumatism, neuralgia, joint pain, sciatica, muscle cramps, moist eczema, excess sweating, adrenal fatigue, asthma, bronchitis, moist coughs, sinusitis, sore throat, allergies, respiratory infections, reduce the overproduction of mucous, helps to expand breathing allowing more oxygen into the body, convalescence following illness.

Energetics: Pine essential oil may be used to help relieve nervous exhaustion, fatigue, depression, mental fatigue, mental and emotional exhaustion, apathy and low motivation.  It may help to revive the spirits, dispel gloom, invigorate, offer strength and endurance, restores self-confidence, promote forgiveness, self acceptance and self-worth.
