Properties/Uses: Antidepressant, antifungal, antispasmodic, sedative, neurotonic, antibacterial, carminative, hypotensive, nervine, tonic, emmenagogue, uterine tonic.  Clary sage essential oil may be used to help treat anxiety, stress, nervous tension, depression, mental and nervous fatigue, insomnia, burnout, exhaustion, menstrual cramps, promote menstruation, PMS, dysmenorrhoea, menopause, hot flushes, night sweats, bronchial spasms, asthma, prevent excessive sweating, oily skin & hair, dandruff, excessive sebum production, eczema, mature skin, wrinkles, dry itchy skin, muscular aches and pains, rheumatism, cramps, insomnia, headaches, migraine.
