Combined together is partially fermented Dandelion leaves, the smokiness of gunpowder (a classic green tea from the Zhejiang province, China) and the nuttiness of green tea all blended into this caffeine free cup of goodness make for a tasty caffeine cup of tea.

Dandelion is an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K as well as providing several
minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.
Dandelion is anti-inflammatory, promotes a healthy liver, and may be good for digestive
issues.
Dandelion leaves and flowers may also very good for the skin, reducing inflammation and
protecting against free radicals.

Suggested Directions : Use 1-2 tsp per cup, depending on strength of tea desired. 
Pour boiling water over tea. Let sit covered for 5-20 minutes. Add honey/sweetener
to taste.  Drink hot/cold.
